Entire interview process completed in 3-4 weeks.
Interviewers were asking good questions with difficultly level ~Medium. I had multiple discussions with interviewers regarding work life balance, ownership and quality of work and got to know that all these things are good.
Finally After some days(interview completion), they announced that they want to hire me and threw a compensation/ offer to me.
It was not looking good to me, had multiple negotiations and finally they came up with :
Base : ~28 Lac
Joining + Annual Bonus : ~2 lac
